PC health monitoring

Real-time CPU/memory/disk/network monitoring based on psutil.

Overview

PC_health uses psutil to monitor the CPU utilization, memory usage, disk space and network traffic of the experiment control computer, preventing experiment interruptions caused by resource exhaustion.
