Property checker

Overview

PropertiesChecker (quatm/GUI/entries/properties_checker.py) is a property-distribution watchdog: it sets a marker through one property handle and reads it back through a second handle; if the hub has not propagated the change, it raises an alert indicating that the property service may have stalled. The check runs periodically on a timer, so the window is displayed normally and the GUI event loop stays responsive.

Usage

from quatm.GUI.entries.properties_checker import PropertiesChecker

checker = PropertiesChecker(parent=parent)
checker.check_once()   # run one watchdog check manually

The panel itself calls check_once() periodically (each time setting the marker true and then false and reading it back to verify).
